Test Funda

Mentioned below are the important details for the applicants:

· Last date of registering for the centralized aptitude test: Saturday, 28th February 2009



· Only dates to log in and get the test hall ticket from ‘My Account’: Tuesday, 3rd March 2009 and Wednesday, 4th March 2009



· Test date: Sunday, 8th March 2009



· Each candidate appearing for the test is expected to carry a copy of the hall ticket and photo identity proof- college id card

In case some candidates find difficulty in registering online for the test, they can follow these steps:

1. Log on to www.TestFunda.com and click on Register Free! icon on the top right hand corner of the page

2. On the register page, pls. click on ‘Looking to register for TestFunda job recruitment tests (March 2009)?'

3. After filling in all the required details in the fields provided, the registration for the recruitment test will be complete.

4. Login on 3rd March to get all the details – hall ticket, test centre, time of test, candidate code etc.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.

Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.

Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.

Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.

Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.

Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.

Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.

Effectively transfer misdirected customer requests to an appropriate party.

Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.

Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

Place and/or receive customer inquiries that may require deviation from a script.
