Reporting To Partners/Principals
Qualification Graduate
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Do a market map of various organizations and determine designations/ organization structures with accuracy
• Creatively network within organizations to get insight into organizational changes and developments
• Perform any research required by the Principals / Partners
• Undertake research of industry sectors – map out the main players/ company executives
• Track newspapers/ websites for developments in secific industry spaces
• Work closely with Principals for early closure of mandates.
• Give suggestions for process improvements to streamline research.

EXPERIENCE
Must Have:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience not exceeding 3 years.
• Should have demonstrated stability in the previous job
• Good Communication skills
The compensation will be around 15,000/- per month.
