RST Technologies

Job Profile:
The Incumbent will be responsible for:
• Assist in conceptualization of assessment tools for trainings.
• Assist in lead generation and follow up.
• To write up documents within assigned deadlines and with desired quality as per agreed
norms.
• To contribute towards documentation of Process Improvement initiatives within
the organization.
• Creating and reviewing documents.
• Implementing document standards.
• Communicating effectively in oral and written form. Clear, concise and grammatically
correct language.
Desired candidate profile:
• Strong command on English – Speaking and Writing.
• Should know MS Office. Should be well versed in MS Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
• Knowing MS Visio would be an added advantage.
• Should be able to communicate clearly and understand the requirement to formulate the
document.
• Should be a graduate, with schooling in English medium, with a minimum of 60%
throughout till the last academic result.
