PROFILE - MARKETING RESEARCH
A short brief on ARC: “BASES is the global leader in the Simulated Test Marketing (STM) field of market research and works with all the top names in the FMCG world (our clients include P&G, Unilever, The Coca-Cola Company, PepsiCo, Reckitt-Benckiser, Kraft, Heinz, Clorox, etc.). The BASES Analytical Resource Center (ARC) is a global resource and works with BASES Offices across the world, handling international market research projects. Analysts at the BASES ARC office would get global exposure in the market research world and would work with proprietary BASES tools and general market research methodologies to analyze new product launches and make recommendations for initiative optimization for our global clients. The role involves working closely with our Client Consulting teams worldwide in answering our clients’ key business questions.
The profile requires graduates of any discipline B.Sc/B.M.S./B.Com./B.A. (or any other degree). We are seeking smart, analytical, confident individuals who can flourish in a team environment and have a keen interest in marketing. As regards the selection procedure, we will have a pre-placement talk and presentation that will last for about one hour and a half, including a Q&A session. This will be followed by written test which will last for 90 minutes. Candidates are advised to carry calculators to the test. The use of mobile phones during the test is strictly prohibited.

Job Description
The job involves partnering with BASES offices globally to provide the highest level of consulting to our clients. The analyst role involves writing reports and client deliverables, analyzing consumer & marketing data to make actionable recommendations, and working with proprietary databases and software. The projects are done for large global clients; BASES works with the biggest names in the FMCG world.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Demonstrated writing and analytical skills
Requirements
Attention to detail, English writing and communication skills, timely completion of tasks, multi tasking, MS Office familiarity
